Sign Up for ICANotes Electronic Health Records (EHR)

• Print and fill out our ICANotes Service Agreement.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are registering more than 10 new users, we ask that you enter user information on this spreadsheet and email it to us along with your Service Agreement (which you can submit via fax or email). This will allow us to automate the creation of your user accounts and will avoid errors which can result from legibility issues or manual data entry.

Pricing information is available on the service agreement, or on the Pricing page of our website. If you have questions or need assistance completing the service agreement, please call us at 443-569-6018.

• Scan and email the completed agreement to sales@icanotes.com or fax it to 443-992-4239. Alternately, you can use the free service, HelloSign, to sign and email the document electronically.

• ICANotes will email you a username and password and connect you with our training and support resources.

Import your Demographic Data

Your existing patient demographic data can be imported into ICANotes. As long as your data is submitted in a format that is ready to import, we perform the import at no charge. Instructions for preparing and submitting your data for import.
